This site is designed to provide comprehensive information on the impact of the Corona Virus Pandemic on the population, economy, industries, and businesses. It provides up to date data on a National, State, County and Limited Census Tract Levels for:
· Population Risk - weekly number of CD19 cases, hospitalizations, recoveries, and deaths.
· Mobility Risk - weekly change in visitation levels by activities and destinations including: Retail & Recreation, Park visitations, Workplace, Grocery and Retail Stores, Transit Stations, and Residential Homes
· Industry Risk -detailed information by industry on the potential number of businesses and revenue at risk from current financial, social, and economic changes.
· Business Risk - The potential national, state, and county businesses and revenue from economic change.
· Pulse Trends- The weekly trend in business’ sentiments with respect to changes in economics, finances, and methods of doing business due to Corona Virus.
· Community Resiliency Risk – A measure developed by the American Community Survey Census and National Health Surveys indicating the ability of a community to recover from major disasters based on population characteristics and general heath conditions in a census tract.
Data Sources
Our website data come from a variety of sources including:
· The data for CD19: infections, hospitalizations, deaths, and recoveries are furnished daily from John’s Hopkins University compilations.
· Population mobility data are furnished from the Google tracking studies,
· Business sentiment trends from the US Census Pulse data surveys.
· Resiliency data are furnished by US Census Bureau and the National Health Surveys.
· Industry and Business Risk Data Come from Oxxford’ Oxxford Information Technology National Business Data Base.

The Business and Industry Risk Scores are derived as follows:
CD19 Risk Score
In order to identify the potential future risk to our economy from the Corona Pandemic, Oxxford developed a risk index for each business. This index is designed to assess: the potential economic and sociological impacts of economic, sociological, and geographic impacts on a business as result of our current pandemic. It includes, for each business in Oxxford’s National Data Base, a composite score based on the following elements:
